This is a 12L ECG of a pt with Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC) showing:

Epsilon wave in V1/V2

QRS prolongation in V1/V2 (>110 ms)

T wave inversion V1/V2

PVC's of LBBB morphology
