Brugada Phenocopy

An elderly with history of DM, HTN and dyslipidemia was brought in due to altered mental status. No fever, chest pain or dyspnea. Should you activate the cath lab?

The ECG shows the Brugada pattern. Labs came back with a creatinine about 8 and K of 6.3. After correction and K became normal, the ecg is as shown.
